Studio Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, proactive Production Coordinator to manage the flow of products from manufacturing through quality control, inventory, fulfillment, and delivery. Position Overview The Production Coordinator ensures every product moves efficiently through production while maintaining exceptional quality and organization. This role works closely with manufacturing partners, warehouse operations, and leadership to keep production on schedule and inventory accurate. Key Responsibilities Coordinate production orders and vendor communication Track manufacturing timelines and incoming shipments Receive, barcode, organize, and reconcile inventory Inspect products for quality control Prepare wholesale and ecommerce orders Maintain luxury packaging standards Update Shopify, Airtable, and production trackers Improve warehouse organization and SOPs Qualifications 2-5 years in production, operations, inventory, logistics, or supply chain Luxury goods, jewelry, or consumer products experience preferred Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Shopify, Airtable, or inventory software experience is a plus This position offers a path to Senior Production Coordinator, Production Manager, or Operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
