Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst, Finance & Analytics (6-Month Contract-Hybrid) Prodigy Resources is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to partner with the CFO, Accounting team, and Analytics team, managing reporting requests, enhancements, and process improvement work. Key Responsibilities: Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of reporting requests, enhancements, and bug fixes Partner with the CFO and Accounting team to gather and document business requirements Maintain and prioritize the reporting and analytics backlog Create user stories, requirements documents, process flows, and acceptance criteria Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications across stakeholders and vendors Facilitate UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-off Provide regular status updates and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks Identify opportunities to improve finance and accounting processes Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Reporting, or Analytics teams Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Project coordination or project management experience Experience managing backlogs, tickets, and UAT activities Basic SQL skills for data validation and investigation Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems (Business Central preferred) Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Ideal Candidate: Strong relationship manager who can work directly with executives Business-focused rather than highly technical Highly organized and timeline-driven Experienced in vendor coordination and cross-functional delivery Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once #J-18808-Ljbffr
