Radiology - Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Cath Lab Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30). This position requires some Saturday shifts and on-call duty for 1 shift per week, with an on-call requirement every 4th weekend.

The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting in various cardiac and interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, STEMI procedures, and neurointervention. The candidate will also be required to monitor patients, handle equipment, and support the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Assist in diagnostic and interventional catheterization and radiology procedures.

Provide accurate monitoring and assessment of patients pre- and post-procedure.

Maintain sterile technique and a safe environment within the lab.

Document patient information in the electronic health record (Epic).

Work collaboratively within a team to provide optimal patient care.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Cath Lab or related field.

Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required.

ARRT (R) or RCIS certification is mandatory.

EP, IR, and vascular experience is required.

Candidates must hold a valid state license (pending license accepted).
