You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships and upholding our company’s values of Servant Heart, Grit, Winning, Vision, and Consistency. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.Duties and Responsibilities:Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely and courteous manner!Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business!Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders.Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions!Scheduling appointmentsPreferred Job Requirements for a Call Center Representative:Minimum two years admin experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong data entry skillsPositive AttitudeTeam player who can work independently.General computer knowledge, including Microsoft OfficeTyping skills a plusBe a Superstar (yourself)!!Pay Range/ Scheduling:$17-19 per hour depending on experience!For this role it will be in office in our Atoka TN location.
