Director, Alliance Management

Role

Director of Alliance Management overseeing external partnerships for Summit's oncology clinical programs, including Phase 3 studies in NSCLC and colorectal cancer with investigational therapies such as ivonescimab.

Responsibilities

• lead alliance governance, relationship management, milestone tracking, strategic integration, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement;
• ensure collaboration aligns with program and company objectives;
• prepare executive updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 10+ years in oncology biopharma, with extensive experience in alliance management, late-stage drug development, and external collaboration;
• strong understanding of clinical trial processes, oncology platforms, and global commercial landscape;
• proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Preferred

• advanced degree (MBA, Master's), experience with technology tools like Smartsheets or MS Project, excellent communication skills, ability to handle fast-paced environment and global virtual meetings;
• willingness to travel to partner sites and meetings.

Work Setup
