Clinical Implementation Specialist

Masimo seeks a Clinical Implementation Specialist to coordinate on-site medical device implementations at healthcare facilities. The role involves training clinical staff, managing inventory distribution, and ensuring successful product transitions while working primarily with West Coast hospital partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leads on education and installation planning for implementations
• Train hospital staff on Masimo products and device operation
• Coordinate equipment delivery, follow-up education, and device decommissioning at facilities
• Manage inventory distribution and coordinate equipment needs with headquarters and OEM partners
• Ensure implementation deliverables are completed on schedule and maintain professional representation

Requirements

• 5+ years critical care or related clinical experience
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience
• Leadership experience and stakeholder coordination track record
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PC systems
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Independent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 base annually, plus 10% bonus/incentive pay eligibility
