Degree Wellness – CityLine is looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and sales-oriented Studio Manager to help launch and grow our wellness studio in Richardson, Texas.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond the four walls of the studio. Someone who is constantly finding new opportunities to get out into the community, build relationships with local businesses, plan exciting activations, generate leads, and turn those connections into loyal members.

Your mission: Keep the studio buzzing, the schedule full, the community engaged, and membership sales growing.

What You'll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive membership sales, lead conversion, upgrades, referrals, and member retention.
• Proactively follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, tours, and personal outreach.
• Confidently communicate our membership options, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Develop creative strategies to generate new leads and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Track leads, conversion rates, sales performance, and membership growth.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective members before and after opening.

Grassroots Marketing & Community Building

• Get out into the community regularly to build relationships and create awareness of Degree Wellness.
• Proactively identify and secure pop-ups, local business activations, networking opportunities, and community events.
• Build partnerships with fitness studios, gyms, personal trainers, wellness professionals, apartment communities, salons, med spas, local employers, and other complementary businesses.
• Develop a consistent calendar of events, collaborations, and outreach activities that keeps new prospects coming through our doors.
• Represent Degree Wellness at local events, fitness classes, networking meetings, business openings, and community gatherings.
• Create fresh, creative ways to introduce our services to new audiences and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and turn one-time activations into recurring partnerships.
• Take initiative to keep the marketing and event calendar full rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you.

Studio Schedule & Client Engagement

• Drive bookings and keep the studio schedule consistently active through proactive outreach, promotions, events, and member engagement.
• Plan engaging in-studio experiences, partner events, themed activations, and referral campaigns.
• Encourage repeat visits, membership utilization, referrals, and upgrades.
• Identify slower days or time slots and develop targeted strategies to increase bookings.
• Build excitement around the studio and create an environment that members want to return to and share with others.

Team Leadership, Training & Development

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a motivated, sales-focused studio team.
• Teach team members how to confidently present services, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and close memberships.
• Establish clear sales targets, activity expectations, and performance accountability.
• Lead by example through active selling, community outreach, and exceptional customer service.
• Create a positive, energetic, team-oriented culture where everyone takes ownership of growth.
• Train team members to deliver a consistent, welcoming, and premium member experience.

Studio Operations & Member Experience

• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, service quality, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Ensure all services are delivered professionally and according to established procedures.
• Build strong relationships with members, address concerns, and support long-term retention.
• Balance operational responsibilities with sales, marketing, and business development priorities.

• Passionate about wellness, recovery, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Sales management, boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or membership-based businesses.
• Local business development, field marketing, brand activations, event planning, or community outreach.
• Team training, performance coaching, and sales goal management.
