Plant Operator
Plant Operator Pay Rate: $23.00-25.00/hr. Based on skills and experience Location: Eddystone, PA 19022 Schedule: 1st and 3rd shift "Swing Shift" will need to be flexible with working weekends. Will work 3 days on 2 days off work 4 days then 3 days off. Rotating weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- You will be producing light weighted rocks out of recycled glass.
- Safely perform work and adhere to all company policies related to the company Health and Safety program
- Monitor and adjust plant equipment (Kiln) to ensure the product is consistent and free from quality defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow established equipment operating guidelines and be able to recognize issues as they arise.
- Record equipment settings and product quality information on a routine basis.
- Walk the assigned work area and ensure equipment is performing in the correct manner.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly.
- Report on condition and items in need of maintenance.
- Operate forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to do repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and use of measuring tape.
