As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the repair, testing, quality assurance, and inventory management of MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, and iMacs. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and test Apple devices to ensure they meet company quality standards Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads Replace defective components and verify device functionality Track and maintain incoming inventory for the repair department Accurately document repairs, testing results, and inventory activity Organize products, parts, and equipment according to company standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations Support warehouse operations and productivity initiatives Follow quality, safety, and operational procedures Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflow efficiency Cross-train in various departments to support business operations What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Interest in technology, electronics, or device repair Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Apple products or consumer electronics Familiarity with macOS and iOS Electronics repair, testing, or troubleshooting experience Inventory, warehouse, or production experience Experience working with small tools and components Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
