Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, building strong business relationships, and supporting daily account operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and service information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account management
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and account records accurately
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication
