Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay $20.00

2nd Shift: 3 pm - 11:30 pm Monday-Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and support production equipment to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor equipment and help troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Work with team members to solve problems and improve processes.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
• Operate production equipment as needed.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team projects.
• Complete required production documentation.
• Support other manufacturing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or technician experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Experience with extrusion, plastics, or windows and doors manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
