Production Crew Lead Come Grow With Us! We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our production team in Soledad, California. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced food production environment and enjoy leading teams to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.

Schedule: Full-time 1st Shift. Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals.
• Assign employees to production lines and workstations.
• Prepare production run sequences and oversee product changeovers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, food safety, and company safety standards.
• Monitor quality checks and verify production requirements.
• Coordinate employee breaks, lunches, and shift transitions.
• Communicate production updates and issues with supervisors.
• Assist with rework, scale mezzanine operations, and box room management.
• Perform production duties as needed and support continuous operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous production experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 34F).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 20 pounds overhead.
• Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery.
