Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and components according to recipes and chef direction
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all ingredients
Assist with kitchen organization and daily prep list execution
Support the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Prep Chef or in a similar kitchen role
Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Passion for food and commitment to quality
