Forward Deployed Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer (NYC, In-Person) Realm are partnered with a well-funded, early-stage infrastructure startup hiring a highly technical Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments from pilot to full production. This is not a traditional Solutions Engineer role. It’s deeply technical, hands‑on, and post‑sales focused. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end onboarding and production implementations Work directly inside complex customer infrastructure environments Debug integrations, inspect logs, write scripts, and troubleshoot APIs Build internal tooling to accelerate deployment and calibration Partner closely with Product and Engineering on edge cases and fixes Ensure customers successfully move from pilot to production You’ll operate as the technical bridge between product and real‑world systems.
