Starting Wage: $18/hour Summary: Full Time (40 hours/week) You will be the face of the company greeting and directing clients and vendors alike to the appropriate area of our company Assist with exclusive events being held at our headquarters i.e. supplies, vendor coordination and communication Using your customer service skill-set and professional appearance greet everyone who enters the building with a positive attitude and demeanor that represents the values of the company All other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications: Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check prior to starting employment Experience as an Administrative Assistant a plus Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbally and written Previous experience in an administrative/office environment preferred Must have a polished and professional appearance Attention to detail Benefits: What's in It for You?
