We're hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and the autonomy of working in a home health setting.

You'll provide individualized physical therapy treatments in patients' homes while collaborating with supervising Physical Therapists and the broader clinical team. Coverage across both St. Augustine and Palm Coast is preferred, but strong candidates interested in a single territory may be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $43–$47 per visit, with flexibility based on territory and availability

• Health insurance for full-time employees: Employer pays 50%
