There is no minimum number of years of college education to apply for our Co-op program, but our Summer Internships are only available to those who have previously completed a Co-op with SME. Your Co-op experience begins with an orientation/training period lasting several weeks followed by on-the-job training with full-time SME Team Members. Responsibilities Learn and apply moderndata sciencetools and techniquesusing Fabric. Contribute todata pipelines, ETL processes, and automation effortsunder guidance. Support the development of data models and business metrics. Assistin building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data needs. Validate data accuracy and document datasets, transformations, and logic. Requirements ExperiencewithPython(Pandas), SQL,andPowerBI. Familiarity withMicrosoft Fabric,SharePoint,andTeams. Basic understanding of data concepts,analytics, and problem-solving. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Clear communication skills and ability to ask questions.
