Dental Treatment Coordinator

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Allen! We are looking for someone to guide patients through their treatment journey from diagnosis to scheduling. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their recommended treatment, make informed decisions, and move forward with care.

Schedule (Days/Hours)

M-F 8-5

Responsibilities

• Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and easy-to-understand manner
• Review treatment recommendations, clinical findings, and next steps with patients
• Educate patients on the importance and benefits of completing recommended treatment
• Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing options, and available payment arrangements
• Proactively address patient questions, concerns, and financial objections
• Schedule patients for diagnosed treatment and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while meeting established performance and case acceptance goals

Qualifications

• 12 years of dental treatment coordination, dental front office, or related healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning
• Experience discussing dental insurance, treatment fees, and financing options preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

$19-$23/hour
