Part‑Time Instructor, Construction – FY 2026 Job Description Responsibilities of a Part Time Construction Instructor include but are not limited to: Lecture and lab instruction for Construction Management and/or Construction Technology courses Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes Provide advisement to students Participate in program and curriculum development as requested Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested Required Qualifications 5 years of Construction Management experience Preferred Qualifications Degree in Construction Management Knowledge of computer classroom technologies Knowledge of Canvas or other Learning Management Systems Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce Schedule Construction Management courses are taught at the CSN Summerlin Campus, in‑person, online, and are scheduled during the day and in the evenings. Salary $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
