Focused on enhancing member satisfaction, the full-time Healthcare Advocate will manage inbound and outbound healthcare service calls, provide accurate information with empathy, and ensure compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, benefits, and member support Document member interactions accurately and participate in coaching and quality programs Identify and escalate issues requiring additional support or resolution Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred 0-2 years of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Must have a work-from-home setup, including a quiet environment and two monitors
