Contract Accounts Specialist

National Mechanical Experts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing & Contracts Administrator to support our growing operations team. This position is responsible for preparing customer invoices, administering service agreements, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring accurate coordination between Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a role that requires accuracy, communication, and collaboration across multiple departments.
