Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Bayonne, NJ
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that combines competitive pay with modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes with remarkable mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained trucks and reliable earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, but 2-week stretches may happen.
- Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers may take their truck and trailer home, with a responsibility for secured parking.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily automotive freight to maximize operational efficiency.
- Approximately 70% of our operations involve drop and hook, minimizing dock waiting times.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
