CNC Machine Operator

Job Title : CNC Machine Operator - Lathe & Mill
Location : Largo, FL
Pay : Starting at $20/hour


We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Clearwater, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes and mills in a production environment and be committed to producing quality parts safely and efficiently.


Responsibilities:


Operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Set up machines and monitor production runs
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow production schedules and company safety procedures


Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe and mill operating experience
Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
