Senior Technical Project Manager - DevOps

iRhythm Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives within the Research & Development team. This role manages the delivery of medical device software projects across multiple technical workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time execution while maintaining visibility to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of DevOps and cloud infrastructure initiatives with multiple teams
- Develop project plans, schedules, dependencies, and execution strategies; track against timelines
- Partner with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes
- Maintain integrated tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, and establish executive dashboards
- Coordinate cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and DevSecOps initiatives across organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience managing complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams across technical workstreams
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, software delivery processes, and deployment automation
- Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical information for executive-level audiences
