Job DescriptionJob Description Who We Are We are a Real Estate Investment and Development Company. We have been renovating Los Angeles area houses and building a high volume of Accessory dwelling units (ADU’s) in the Los Angeles area for over 20 years. We do a high volume of projects. We generally manage at least 10 active construction rehab and ADU projects at once and have a large pipeline. We are a lean, experienced team that moves fast and takes pride in delivering projects on time. We are growing and need a seasoned Construction Manager to help lead that growth. The Role You'll take ownership of rehabbing and building approximately 10 active rehab and ADU projects simultaneously across the LA area — managing day-to-day site operations, keeping subs in line, and making sure work gets done right. You'll have real autonomy here, but you won't be alone: you'll have direct access to ownership and a support team that's responsive and decisive. What You'll Do Manage on-site renovation and ADU new construction activities from start to finish Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, architects, and inspectors to keep projects on track Conduct weekly site walks and proactively resolve issues before they become delays Ensure full compliance with LA building codes and permit requirements Maintain clean project documentation: daily logs, RFIs, change orders, inspection records Communicate proactively with ownership on budget, schedule, and site conditions What We're Looking For 5+ years of construction management experience, with ADU residential strongly Solid track record managing projects from permit through closeout Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Working knowledge of California Building Code and LA-specific permit/inspection processes Comfortable managing approximately 10 active sites simultaneously Strong communicator who can hold subs accountable without burning relationships Company DescriptionWe are a Real Estate Investment and Development Company.
