Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a specialty acute care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizing patient wellness and safety. Acts as a preceptor to new healthcare staff and embraces continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform scope-of-practice nursing duties in moderate to high acuity units. Utilize evidence-based practices and contribute to patient safety and quality of care. Precept and mentor new team members, fostering professional development. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Current valid RN licensure and BLS certification. Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
