What You'll Do

• Deliver speech-language pathology services in accordance with clinical standards and facility care protocols

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to inform treatment planning

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies to support carryover and daily function

• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
