Regional Director of Operations

Redda Group has been retained by a leading behavioral healthcare organization to identify its next Regional Director of Operations . This is a rare opportunity for an experienced operations executive to oversee a group of OTP clinics. We're seeking a leader who understands the realities of operating DEA-regulated treatment programs, can navigate complex compliance environments, and knows how to build accountability across multiple locations. As Regional Director, you'll serve as the operational leader for a seven-site treatment network, driving financial performance, operational consistency, regulatory excellence, leadership development, and a culture built on accountability and results. What You'll Own Full P&L responsibility and operational oversight for a regional portfolio of OTP treatment centers. Leadership, coaching, development, and accountability of clinic and regional management teams. DEA compliance, regulatory readiness, risk mitigation, and audit preparedness. Strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, growth, patient experience, and financial performance. Building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. We’re Interested in Speaking with Leaders Who Have: Required: Current or previous leadership experience overseeing multiple Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) involving methadone Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), or similar MAT programs. Required: Deep working knowledge of DEA regulations, controlled substance management, compliance oversight, audit readiness, and the operational complexities associated with methadone-based treatment programs. Required: Multi-site leadership experience with direct responsibility for operational performance, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial results. A proven track record of improving KPIs, strengthening compliance, standardizing operations, and driving measurable performance improvements across multiple locations. Experience leading organizational changes, coaching leaders, managing underperformance, and creating cultures of accountability. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, revenue performance, and operational metrics. The executive presence, communication skills, and strategic mindset necessary to influence stakeholders and lead a high-performing regional organization. Candidates without significant experience operating within DEA-regulated opioid treatment, methadone treatment, or closely related substance use disorder treatment environments will not be considered for this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
