Inside Sales Manager - Performance Cycling Brand | Santa Monica, CA
Mural is partnering with a fast-growing performance bicycle brand to find their first Inside Sales Manager. The brand launched in the US in April 2026, backed by one of the world's largest bicycle manufacturers, with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, and e-bike -- a pro team validating the product at the highest level of the sport, a growing independent dealer network, and a 15-person team in Santa Monica moving fast.
They need someone to build and own the operational backbone of that dealer network. The CRM, dealer onboarding workflows, ordering processes, sales dashboards, and daily support for the field team.
What the right candidate looks like
You have owned a CRM, not just used one. You have built pipeline stages, created automated workflows, established data hygiene standards, and gotten a sales team to actually log their notes. You know what a clean HubSpot or Salesforce instance looks like and how to get there.
You have done B2B dealer channel work - not D2C, not internal SaaS ops, but actual dealer or distributor network operations. You know what a dealer onboarding flow looks like from first contact through contract, portal access, product training, and first order. You have managed backorders and dealer inquiries without dropping balls and built the place dealers go to find current pricing, assets, and order forms.
Your field reps know your name and call you first when something breaks. You have coordinated demo product for trade shows and dealer visits, handled the backoffice side of activations, and built dashboards leadership actually uses. You have done all of this in a lean environment -- no playbook, no established team, just priorities and execution.
Requirements
5+ years in sales; 3+ years in sales ops, channel ops, or business operations
B2B dealer or distributor channel experience -- physical product preferred
CRM ownership at a builder level (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Cycling, outdoor, or sporting goods background is a genuine plus
Based in LA; 5 days per week in-office in Santa Monica
