Full-Time | $15.00-$25.00 per Hour Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime, On-Call, and Seasonal Flexibility as Needed

As an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful HVAC service technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs

• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and equipment inspections

• Learn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

• Help maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment

• Learn proper electrical, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostic procedures

• Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing excellent customer service

• Complete service documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and job sites

• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical and customer service skills

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

• Trade school or HVAC education is a plus but not required

• Construction, maintenance, mechanical, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus but not required

• $15.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
