What You'll Do

As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with honest recommendations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and complete system inspections

• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment

• Diagnose electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical system issues

• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to homeowners in a professional, customer-focused manner

• Complete service calls accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications

• Maintain detailed service documentation and work orders

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance

• Participate in the on-call rotation and support teammates when needed

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• NATE Certification is a plus

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with residential HVAC systems

• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment

• Working knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, gas heating systems, airflow diagnostics, and low-voltage controls

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits
