Senior Placement Advisor — Chapel Hill / Durham Base + Commission | $120,000+ OTE fully ramped BlueDot Cares is launching in Chapel Hill and Durham, and we're hiring our founding Senior Placement Advisor to build the market. This is a field sales role for someone who loves being out in the community, building referral relationships, touring families through senior living communities, and guiding them through one of the hardest decisions they'll ever make. The Role You will own the placement business in Chapel Hill / Durham. Your job is to build relationships with hospitals, rehabs, home health, hospice, physicians, and senior living communities — and turn those relationships into placement moves. You will also tour families through our partner communities, help them choose with confidence, and bring new communities into our partner network. What You’ll Do Make 10–15 in-person referral calls per day. Non-negotiable. Hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, MC, ILFs, home health, hospice, geriatric physicians, elder law attorneys. Execute the 52 Weeks Marketing System: weekly routes, monthly themes, consistent follow-up. Tour families through our partner communities. Meet them at the building, walk the property, ask the right questions, and help them make a confident decision. Manage the family experience end-to-end: intake, options, tours, decision support, move-in. Sign new partner communities to placement agreements. Pitch BlueDot, negotiate fee terms, and bring new buildings into our network. What You Bring 3+ years of B2B sales or healthcare referral experience. Senior living, home care, hospice, or medical sales is a strong plus. Hunter mentality. You like prospecting and you like closing. Comfort touring buildings with families and reading the room — you can balance empathy with sales discipline. Comfort in clinical environments (hospitals, rehabs, ALFs). Experience negotiating partnership or agreement terms is a plus. Ownership mindset. You run the territory like it’s your business. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
