As a Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiter , you will do more than simply fill positions; you will establish a brand and expand your reach while leveraging the resources of a Fortune 500-level infrastructure. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes while forging and nurturing impactful relationships with clients. With some of the industry's most competitive commission structures, your efforts will be recognized and rewarded accordingly. Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage searches from job intake to placement with a keen eye on details.
- Partner with Clients: Develop an understanding of client needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Utilize our advanced CRM/ATS and your personal resources to find the right talent.
- Maximize Our Technology: Efficiently manage applicants, track communication, and automate processes to remain organized.
- Focus on Permanent Placements: Prioritize hires that provide long-lasting benefits for clients and rewarding commissions for you.
- Participate in Brand Leadership: Contribute to our collective success while enhancing your brand visibility.
- Comprehensive Tech Solutions: Access an all-in-one platform integrating CRM, ATS, and marketing, simplifying your workflow.

- 2-3+ years of agency recruitment or consulting experience.
