The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AR Analyst to join our Revenue Services team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in optimizing our Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, accurate billing, and strong cash flow in our high-volume freight brokerage operations. You’ll help drive financial health while supporting our mission of transparency and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage the full AR lifecycle, including invoicing freight shipments, applying payments, and reconciling customer accounts. Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, identify past‑due accounts, and proactively follow up with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Investigate and resolve billing issues, short pays, and disputes in a fast‑paced logistics environment (freight rates, accessorials, and load‑specific adjustments). Assist with credit reviews, debt analysis, and month‑end close activities as needed. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain. Strong understanding of freight billing concepts (loads, rates, accessorials, etc.) is a big plus. Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (experience with transportation‑specific software is highly desirable). Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and reporting tools.
