What You'll Do

• Manage inventory and material requirements
• Allocate work orders and support production teams
• Assist with quality control and process improvements

• Onboard and train new employees
• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and curiosity
• Highly trainable with a desire to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Leadership experience or leadership potential
• Proficiency with Excel and technology
• Manufacturing, operations, inventory, or production experience preferred
• Bachelor Degree
