Evolved Roofing & Construction helps St. Louis-area homeowners restore their homes after storm damage — and we're growing fast. Since 2021 our revenue has tripled, reaching over $3M in restoration projects in 2025. We're on track to hit $12M in 2026, and we're building the team to get there.

THE ROLE

The Production Manager owns the post-sale lifecycle of every restoration project — from the moment a contract is signed to the day a homeowner shakes our hand at project completion. You are the operational engine that connects our sales team, installation crews, and customers.

This is a split field/office role. You'll spend roughly half your time on job sites conducting inspections and audits, and the other half in the office managing scheduling, materials, and documentation. If you thrive in an environment where no two days look the same and you take personal pride in getting the details right, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Scheduling & Coordination

• Build and maintain accurate project schedules in our CRM, matching the right crews to the right projects

• Confirm material orders and ensure materials are sourced, matched, and staged before each project starts

• Prepare project folders with all invoices and documentation the day before installation begins

Quality Control & Job Site Oversight

• Conduct job audits during and after projects to ensure work meets Evolved's quality standards

• Oversee that Exterior Specialists complete a customer walkthrough at the close of every project

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on every job site at all times

• Run callback and issue-resolution appointments for previously completed projects

Team & Operations Management

• Ensure crews and sales reps are using communications software for consistent project updates

• Ensure all job-closing responsibilities are completed correctly — closing sheets, invoices, receipts

• Maintain accurate notes and project details in CRM software

• Manage and maintain the company fleet (trucks and trailers)

• Adjust project invoices as needed based on material changes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Organized and detail-oriented — you notice what falls through the cracks before it becomes a problem

• Strong communicator; comfortable working with crews, customers, and office staff

• Highly self-motivated with a track record of following through

• Comfortable splitting time between job sites and the office (~50/50)

• Physically able to work at heights and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs

• Safety-oriented mindset

• Quick learner; able to get up to speed on CRM and project management software

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Prior experience in roofing, construction, or exterior restoration is a plus — but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $55,000 base salary + KPI-based performance bonuses
