Floor Tech Saturday and Sunday

Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Floor Tech to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. The Floor Tech works with the Housekeeping and Laundry team to provide a clean environment for all customers residing in and visiting our facility. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Taking out the trash Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing various floor surfaces Stripping and waxing qualifying floor surfaces Cross-training in Housekeeping and Laundry should the need to float arise Assist with room moves of residents Assist with discharge cleaning of residents rooms, which would include boxing of items and moving furniture Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director Minimal maintenance responsibilities in case of an emergency or need arises Qualifications 1 year of experience (preferred) Customer service oriented, ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, flexible and dependable At SanStone Health & Rehabilitation, we offer employment opportunities in North Carolina that are filled with purpose.
