CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor provides weekly individual and family therapy to clients, using appropriate treatment modality. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments of clients referred for therapy, ensuring that all appropriate assurances and authorizations are obtained. Develop and maintain appropriate treatment planning in conjunction with clients/families. In this position you must also adhere to all CQI standards as required under the Federally Qualified Health Center. Great benefits package, including a Zero (0) cost out of pocket medical plan, 13 Paid Holidays and a competitive Paid Time Off Package Making an invaluable impact in your community Growth and professional development opportunities available Qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness We are a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code Functions Include: Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments for clients referred for therapy, as assigned Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and external medical providers Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and reports Prepare progress reports, summaries, and discharge documentation as required Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and case consultations Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related behavioral science discipline is required Licensure as a LMHC Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and/or adults that are mentally and/or emotionally disabled Skills Needed Conduct clinical assessments and evaluate clients’ mental health needs, including diagnostic assessment Provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns Support families in identifying challenges and developing strategies to manage and resolve conflicts Teach coping skills to manage stress, substance use concerns, and changes in family dynamics Communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Prepare clear and accurate clinical reports, documentation, and correspondence CFCE is a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Center for Family & Child Enrichment, Inc
