Powder Coater - 2nd Shift Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74146
Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Schedule may change based on production needs)

Job Order #: 126536 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking experienced Powder Coaters to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for preparing parts, applying powder coatings, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all work meets company quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. The ideal candidate has previous powder coating experience, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality finishes. Required Experience & Skills
• Previous powder coating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare metal parts and components for powder coating operations
• Apply powder coating according to company specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for coating consistency, appearance, and overall quality
• Touch up or rework coated parts as needed to meet production requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and production guidelines
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Perform additional production and finishing duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in industrial finishing or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment and application techniques
• Experience working with metal fabrication or manufactured components
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures for finished coatings Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
• Ability to safely work around powder coating equipment while wearing required PPE
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around industrial machinery and production equipment Work Environment
