• Conduct company, industry, and investor research across private equity, growth equity, and private credit

• Assist with capital sourcing efforts , including investor targeting and outreach support

• Support due diligence processes , data room management, and transaction execution

• Analyze capital structures, valuation outcomes, and investor return profiles

• Collaborate with senior bankers, private capital professionals, and execution teams across live mandates

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in investment banking, private capital, and private markets
