Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days in Office is REQUIRED, 2 Days Hybrid (hours flexible with start and end times, as early as 7AM-3:30 PM, as late as 9 AM-5:30 PM)

Must Have Skills: PL/SQL experience, strong familiarity working with Oracle Database; looking for 5-10 years experience

Java is a plus but not necessary. Interview would be 1-2 rounds.

Design, Development, and Maintenance of Software Applications

The design, development, and maintenance of software applications for the Health, Environment and Regulatory Services (HEARS) IT Team. This assignment will provide staff augmentation during the Oracle Cloud ERP project. Primary skills required are PL/SQL - Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Pipeline Functions.

1. Utilize tools like TOAD for development.
2. Understand and implement configuration changes.
3. Create test plans, test scripts and perform unit testing.
4. Maintain and modify applications; make approved changes by amending application documentation, developing detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
5. Assist users with problems and resolve issues.
6. Provide support for critical application problems and issues.
7. Collaborate with business domain experts to analyze and assess existing business critical functions.
8. Assist Project Manager in the definition, gathering, development, and documentation of business and/or technical requirements, objectives, deliverables, design specifications and project plans.
9. Participate in requirements gathering and design responsibilities. The ability to create documentation such as Technical Requirements and High-Level Design for smaller portions of the system will be needed.
10. Collaborate with other developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
11. Participate in software design reviews.
12. May include some OS level scripting.
