Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in home care. Organize and participate in community events and health fairs to promote services. Prepare and present informational materials to potential clients and referral partners. Utilize social media and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility. Track and analyze marketing efforts to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Requirements: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the healthcare sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships. Knowledge of the home care industry and its regulatory environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
