This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and long‑term strategic growth across all major functional areas, including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and Environmental Health & Safety. The General Manager will establish business objectives, allocate resources, lead organizational development initiatives, and ensure the business achieves or exceeds all operational and financial performance targets. Responsibilities: Lead the business unit with full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and strategic execution. Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer service, and financial metrics. Partner with functional leaders to strengthen operations, develop talent, and improve organizational effectiveness. Lead strategic planning, capital investment, and continuous improvement initiatives to support long‑term growth objectives. Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
