Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.# About the roleThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of administrative, customer-facing, and operational activities, ensuring assignments and projects are completed effectively and on schedule.**Essential Functions:**· Manage customer portals, including order entry, invoice submission, document uploads, and customer account maintenance.· Coordinate with shared service teams to resolve invoice, payment, accounts receivable, and accounts payable issues.· Track and follow up on customer, vendor, and internal requests to ensure timely resolution.· Prepare and maintain business correspondence, contracts, records, and administrative documentation.· Coordinate office, factory, and site administrative activities, including vendor and contractor support.· Support facility organization, 5S initiatives, and workplace improvement activities.· Assist with special projects and action items assigned by management.· Act as a liaison between departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.· Research issues, identify appropriate contracts, and independently drive assignments to completion with minimal supervision.· Perform other duties assigned. **Qualifications:**· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.· 5+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, office management, or related experience.· Experience supporting multiple departments in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.· Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.· Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work and drive assignments to completion.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)· Experience with ERP systems (Visual and/or SAP preferred) and customer portals is a plus.· Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Strong attention to detail. **Physical Requirements:**· Must be able to perform standard office physical activities including but not limited to long periods of time in the seated position and long periods of time viewing computer monitors.**Personal Strengths*** Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.* Persistent and resourceful when resolving issues.* Customer-focused and service-oriented.* Reliable, organized, and results-driven.* Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* **Supervisory Responsibilities:** · None# What we offer you# What we offer you$32.69 hourly - $34.61 hourlyWhat We Offer You* 15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holidays* 401k plan with a 6% match* Comprehensive health plan including medical, dental, vision, Life, short-term & long-term disability* Health savings account matching* Motivating wellness program* Employee Assistance Program* Paid parental leave* Gym reimbursementSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
