Job Title AI/ML Engineer Location Omaha, NE (Onsite – 5 days a week) Job Summary We are seeking a mid‑level Machine Learning Engineer / AI‑ML Developer with 3–7 years of experience to design, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions in production environments. This role requires strong expertise in Python, machine learning libraries, SQL, data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management, along with experience working with both structured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate will help translate business problems into scalable analytical and modeling solutions and contribute to the development of production‑grade AI/ML systems on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models. Build and implement ML models for business use cases using Python and relevant ML libraries. Deploy models into production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability. Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows; create and optimize pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and preparation. Support model performance through effective feature engineering and lifecycle management practices. Translate business problems into analytical and modeling solutions; define the right ML approach, select suitable techniques, and deliver actionable model outputs. Work with structured and unstructured data; analyze and process diverse data types including tabular data, text, and image‑based datasets. Ensure data quality and suitability for model training and evaluation. Support model deployment and cloud‑based ML solutions; contribute to implementation on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Assist in integrating models into applications and enterprise workflows. Qualifications Professional experience of 3–7 years in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles. Academic project work may be considered where relevant to machine learning model development and deployment. Strong hands‑on experience with Python, machine learning libraries, and SQL. Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments, including work with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management. Preferred additional experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, MLOps, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, APIs, optimization methods, or streaming data environments. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $92,250 to $97,538 plus incentives aligned with performance.
