The Construction Laborer plays a vital role in supporting on-site construction activities within small teams of five or fewer members. Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager, this position involves daily presence on construction sites, performing a variety of manual and skilled tasks essential to project progress. Candidates with experience in renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces, are especially valued. Responsibilities

• Handle and operate required machinery safely and efficiently
• Prepare construction sites including site cleanup and material organization
• Assist skilled trades such as carpenters and electricians as needed
• Perform demolition and concrete work tasks according to project requirements
• Manage material loading, unloading, and transport on site
• Conduct manual labor duties to support overall construction progress
