Corporate IT Systems Administrator Hybrid | New York access required A technology-led fintech and SaaS business is hiring a Corporate IT Systems Administrator to help manage the systems, accounts and devices its employees rely on every day. This is a hands‑on opportunity for an established, IT professional who has already taken meaningful responsibility within an internal technology environment. You will work across identity, access, endpoints and business applications, balancing responsive employee support with secure and well‑controlled administration. The role sits within a small Corporate IT function and offers broad exposure without positioning you as the sole owner of every system. You will work closely with colleagues across IT, security, engineering and the wider business. What you’ll be responsible for Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory Provision, amend, review and remove employee access Manage onboarding and offboarding from device setup through to account deactivation Support Windows and Mac endpoints and associated device‑management processes Administer Slack and a range of business SaaS applications Provision and troubleshoot access to AI‑enabled workplace tools Support MFA, passkeys, permissions and account hygiene Manage controlled access to cloud services and internal environments Respond to access, domain and security‑related alerts Maintain accurate, audit‑ready access records Own and prioritise requests through a ticket queue Document repeatable processes and improve routine provisioning Identify practical opportunities to standardise or automate administration What makes this opportunity attractive You will gain meaningful ownership across a modern internal technology environment rather than being limited to narrow desktop support. The role offers: Variety across identity, SaaS, endpoints, access governance and employee support Exposure to Microsoft, cloud and AI‑enabled workplace tools The chance to improve processes rather than only respond to tickets Close collaboration with security, engineering and business teams Responsibility within a lean team, with support from experienced colleagues A practical role in helping the business adopt new technology safely Essential experience You should have: At least three years’ experience in Corporate IT, IT operations or systems administration Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 and either Entra ID or Active Directory Experience managing employee account lifecycles Practical ownership of onboarding and offboarding Experience supporting both Windows and Mac devices Experience administering multiple business SaaS applications Working knowledge of MFA and least‑privilege access The ability to manage and prioritise a ticket queue independently Strong communication skills and a service‑focused approach Evidence that you have taken dependable ownership within an internal IT environment The ability to attend a New York site when required Preferred, but not essential Experience with any of the following would be useful: Fintech, SaaS, payments or another technology‑led environment Azure DevOps access administration AWS IAM or Google Workspace administration FIDO2, OpenOTP or similar authentication tools Intune, Mosyle or comparable MDM platforms Netskope, CrowdStrike or similar security tools Slack app or webhook administration Production‑access administration Workplace AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or comparable platforms Documenting or automating provisioning workflows Equivalent technologies and transferable experience are welcome. Working model The position is described as remote‑first, but you must live close enough to attend a New York site when required. The exact attendance pattern should be discussed during the recruitment process.
