Senior Fund Accountant

Sonoma, CA (On-Site)

A well-established and growing real estate investment firm in Sonoma is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to support fund-level accounting, reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity portfolio.

Position Overview

This role will focus on fund-level accounting, consolidations, and investor-related reporting . You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure accuracy across entities while helping refine and maintain strong reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fund-level financial statements across multiple entities
• Perform and support fund rollups and consolidations
• Track and reconcile capital activity (contributions, distributions, allocations)
• Assist with investor reporting packages (quarterly/annual)
• Ensure accuracy of financial data across all entities
• Support audit and tax processes
• Partner with leadership to improve and maintain reporting processes
• Work within and help optimize Yardi

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate fund accounting (required)
• Exposure to fund rollups / consolidations (required)
• Proficiency with Yardi (required)
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Process-minded with a desire to improve systems and workflows

Compensation & Benefits

• $115K – $135K base + bonus
