Change Manager COLORADO RESIDENCE REQUIRED

THIS POSITION REQUIRES CURRENT RESIDENCY IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. Description Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with shared services implementation. Conduct statewide readiness assessments to identify county capacity, gaps, and risks. Change Impact Analysis Role changes Workflow shifts Technology dependencies Training and retraining needs Stakeholder & County Support Support transition to shared services, ensuring counties remain engaged and aligned. Partner with project teams to align county impacts with implementation timelines. Identify and track change-related risks such as resistance, staffing shortages, or inconsistent adoption. Communications & Adoption Lead and support communication planning in partnership with the communications specialist. Ensure counties receive clear, timely messaging on expectations, timelines, and process changes. Play a visible role in reinforcing adoption and addressing concerns throughout the transition. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.93 - $41.93/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
