Change Manager COLORADO RESIDENCE REQUIRED

THIS POSITION REQUIRES CURRENT RESIDENCY IN THE STATE OF COLORADO.

Description

Change Strategy & Readiness:

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with shared services implementation

Conduct statewide readiness assessments to identify county capacity, gaps, and risks

Perform detailed impact analysis, including:

- Role changes

- Workflow shifts

- Technology dependencies

- Training and retraining needs

Stakeholder & County Support:

Support through transition to shared services, ensuring they remain engaged and aligned

Partner with project teams to align county impacts with implementation timelines

Identify and track change-related risks such as resistance, staffing shortages, or inconsistent adoption

Communications & Adoption:

Lead and support communication planning in partnership with the communications specialist

Ensure counties receive clear, timely messaging on expectations, timelines, and process changes

Play a visible role in reinforcing adoption and addressing concerns throughout the transition

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $41.93 - $41.93/hr.
